MA Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD)
MCAD is the independent state agency that enforces MA anti-discrimination laws by investigating complaints of discrimination in employment, housing, public accommodations, and other aspects of everyday life. Additionally, MCAD offers remdial and preventative training, and publishes resources online such as model policies, posters, and guides.
The Commission is an independent state agency that advises others in state governments on effective policies, programs, and resources for LGBTQ youth.
